Except in the unlikely event that we are required to do so by law, Potential Matters will keep confidential all personal data provided by individuals via our Internet site or private coaching services. We will not sell, rent or share any contact information provided to Potential Matters.

While it is our express policy to keep all information confidential, please note that there is no confidentiality privilege recognized by any court between a professional coach and client. Information provided to Potential Matters is not protected by statutory privilege.
